摘要： 在加快构建公共文化服务体系的大背景下，公共图书馆作为公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分，如何利用PPP模式加快公共图书馆发展值得探索和深入研究。阐述PPP模式主要内涵和基本分类，并在此基础上，运用案例分析法，总结分析国内外公共图书馆在合作对象、合作内容、合作关系等方面的异同，提出公共图书馆发展PPP模式的建议。

Abstract: Under the background of speeding up the construction of public cultural service system,public library is an important part of public cultural service system,PPP model is worth to further study on accelerating the development of public libraries.It set forth the basic connotationand classification of PPP model.Based on this,using case analysis method to summarize and analyze the cooperative objects of public libraries at home and abroad,also puts forward some suggestions on the PPP model of public library development.
