Analysis on Application of WeChat PN+QAR Mode in Library Reference Service

Abstract: In order to better fulfill the social responsibilities of public libraries, we provide timely and effective consultation and answering services for readers. The survey results of the WeChat public service status of the library and the statistical results of the readers' needs survey of the WeChat public account of the Jilin Provincial Library are aimed at the problems of the lack of functions of the public library letter public account at the present stage, and poor effectiveness when questions and answers. The library mobile reference service uses the QAR technology to assist WeChatPN to carry out the consulting work and introduces the WeChatPN+QAR mode consulting process and the application of the QAR function.
