Abstract:

In the context of the strong social forces involved in the library business process, the library's other business rapidly begin the trend of business outsourcing process.Meanwhile, the development of cataloging business outsourcing is slowly. The reason is that the cataloging process is too professional and specialized to bereplaced by the social forces. In comparison, the current cataloging outsourcing market is in astate of disorder. It has not got the ability to take agreat mission of changing the way of cataloging completely. In the foreseeable future, only when changing the old idea under their mutual cooperation, can the library open a new era of cataloging subject changing.
