设计思维在图书馆服务创新的应用策略分析

Abstract

Abstract: This paper attempts to recognize the future of applying Design Thinking to libraries in China, and maximize its positive influences in service innovation.Drawn on literature,this study provides a SWOT analysis on current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for Design Thinking used in library service innovation,and examines practices in China to propose four strategies.Suggestions include immersing Design Thinking in service innovation process,introducing foreign and cross-industry experiences and recruiting professionals,pooling resources and proceeding gradually,and building an innovation culture.
