Research on the Cultivation of Bilingual Reading Promoters in Colleges and Universities in Minority Areas

Abstract: Bilingual reading promoters are an important part of reading promoters. Bilingual reading promoters have both the commonness of reading promoters and their national characteristics. Taking the cultivation of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual promoters as an example, this study takes Mongolian librarians, Mongolian and Chinese bilingual teachers and Mongolian college students in five university libraries in Inner Mongolia as the research objects. Data were obtained by literature research, questionnaire and interview. This paper puts forward the cultivation path and countermeasures for Mongolian and Chinese bilingual reading promoters jointly formulated by university libraries, university administrative departments and administrative organs.
