Reading Promotion in Poor Mountain Areas from the Perspective of Collaborative Governance Status,Dilemma and Breakthroughs

Abstract: Poverty alleviation has entered the sprint stage.Deepening targeted poverty reduction with“spiritual poverty alleviation”is the need for sustainable development of poverty alleviation.Rural reading promotion as an effective method of spiritual poverty alleviation requires the participation of multiple actors,including the government and non-governmental sectors. Reading promotion in poor mountain areas has begun to bear fruit,but it still faces many difficulties in the process of promotion.Establishing a multi-center collaborative reading promotion model actively participated by the government, public welfare organizations, volunteers, and the poor is an effective way to effectively promote the spiritual poverty alleviation in poor mountainous areas and prevent the intergenerational transmission of poverty from the source.
