Abstract: Based on the comprehensive analysis of the progress of"double first class"construction and related research results,this paper puts forward the idea of a three-level program:library resource construction,platform construction and service innovation, in order to optimize resource structure, clarify resource allocation objectives,promote resource construction transformation,coordinate resource co-construction and sharing,diversify resource system,and innovate collection evaluation mechanism and system.It lays the foundation for resource construction.Subject platform construction,institutional knowledge base construction and MOOC online learning platform are the service support platforms.The service orientation is focused on discipline navigation service, embedded discipline service, micro service and data management service. It provides an effective reference for university libraries to help"double first-class"construction services.
