摘要: 以中国知网中国学术期刊全文数据库为数据源,运用统计分析的方法对2009-2019年我国公共图书馆服务质量研究论文(期刊)进行计量分析,从论文出版年份、研究主题等方面阐述我国图书馆服务质量研究论文(期刊)的现状,剖析其特点,发现其不足,并提出进一步发展、提升我国公共图书服务质量研究的建议。

Abstract: Taking China Academic Journal full-text database of CNKI as data source,this paper uses statistical analysis method to analyze the research papers(journals)of public library service quality from 2009 to 2019,this paper expounds the present situation of Library Service Quality Research Papers(periodicals)in China from the aspects of the publication year and the research subject,analyzes its characteristics,and finds out its deficiency,some suggestions are put forward to further develop and improve the research on the service quality of public books in China.
