The result of the survey shows that the utilization of E-book databases is low, the main purpose to use the E-book database is students’ academic need, the main obstacle and unsatisfaction of user using the E-book database are unfamiliar with database and failure to find the required literature, the database training lecture is the most helpful to users, the frequency of E-book databases usage is related to users’ department, grade and read equipment and the use ratio of physical library. However, the development of county library in the northern part of Guangxi province has lagged behind due to its poor economy, backwardness of the area and the shortage of professional staff. This paper makes a research on how personnel training is carried on in the county libraries in the northern part of Guangxi province by the means of questionnaire and on-the-spot investigations. The results of the survey are collected and further analyzed to understand the need and expectation of public libraries. Research on the Influencing Factors of Mobile Social Media Burnout Behavior: Based on WeChat YU Bo2，LI Yang3，WEN Liang-ming4,5，ZHANG Yan-yan6 Library Research    2019, 49 (6): 1-14.   DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-5197(2019)06-0001-14 Abstract （699）      PDF（pc） （3955KB）（1188）       Knowledge map    Save Exploring the influencing factors of social media burnout behavior of information users can provide corresponding theoretical and practical guidance for information service providers and social media operators, and then promote information sharing among information users.Firstly, a new model of social media burnout is constructed based on the technology acceptance model, the existing model of social media burnout and the current network environment of information overload and social overload, and the introduction of a new variable“ impression management”.Then, the relevant data are collected through questionnaires and the model is tested and revised empirically.Finally, the original model is modified based on the results of hypothesis verification.The study found that perceived ease of use, self-efficacy, information overload, and social overload all had a significant positive effect on social media burnout behavior; perceived usefulness, privacy concerns, and impression management had no significant effect on social media burnout behavior; the age as a regulating variable had no obvious moderating effect on other variables. Revision of the Author's Personal Impact Factor LI Qi,LI Xiu-xia Library Research    2021, 51 (3): 10-17.   DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-5197(2021)03-0010-08 Abstract （177）   HTML （16）    PDF（pc） （4179KB）（368）       Knowledge map    Save Since S.Ortunato proposed author impact Factor(AIF)based on the idea of journal impact factor in 2014,AIF index has attracted people's attention and research internationally,but there are few researches on this index in China.Based on the existing AIF research,correct the shortcomings of AIF and obtain CPIF(Corrected Personal Impact Factor),take 40 authors with high influence and high publication volume in the field of library and information science as the research objects,evaluate its academic influence with CPIF index,and analyze its sensitivity,distinction and rationality,proposes a comprehensive evaluation index to calculate the author's academic level.The experimental results show that CPIF is correlated with H index and AIF.Compared with H index,CPIF has higher sensitivity and discrimination.Compared with AIF,CPIF has smaller fluctuation range and more stable evaluation results.CPIF can comprehensively reflect the quantity and quality of papers published and cited by authors within the five-year window,and the evaluation results are more comprehensive and detailed,and the effect is better when evaluating the academic influence of young authors.
