Research about the Influence of Commitment on Loyalty in the University Library QI Xiang-hua,GAO Yu 2021, 51 (3):  1-9.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-5197（2021）03-0001-09 Abstract ( 214 )   HTML ( 122 )   PDF (4986KB) ( 389 )   Save Commitment is an important psychological motivation for forming user loyalty.This research uses the method called structural equation model analysis to explore the composition of the dimensions of commitment and the impact of dimensions of commitment on loyalty.The results show that user commitment significantly affects the user loyalty,and the degree of impact of the three dimensions of commitment on loyalty ranking from high to low is normative commitment,continuous commitment and emotional commitment.In the future,in order to further improve the level of user loyalty,university libraries should strengthen the library’s normative role in teaching,scientific research and user learning,continue to improve the library’s resources provision services,and improve the quality of interaction among library users and between users and libraries. Revision of the Author's Personal Impact Factor LI Qi,LI Xiu-xia 2021, 51 (3):  10-17.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-5197(2021)03-0010-08 Abstract ( 177 )   HTML ( 16 )   PDF (4178KB) ( 368 )   Save Since S.Ortunato proposed author impact Factor(AIF)based on the idea of journal impact factor in 2014,AIF index has attracted people's attention and research internationally,but there are few researches on this index in China.Based on the existing AIF research,correct the shortcomings of AIF and obtain CPIF(Corrected Personal Impact Factor),take 40 authors with high influence and high publication volume in the field of library and information science as the research objects,evaluate its academic influence with CPIF index,and analyze its sensitivity,distinction and rationality,proposes a comprehensive evaluation index to calculate the author's academic level.The experimental results show that CPIF is correlated with H index and AIF.Compared with H index,CPIF has higher sensitivity and discrimination.Compared with AIF,CPIF has smaller fluctuation range and more stable evaluation results.CPIF can comprehensively reflect the quantity and quality of papers published and cited by authors within the five-year window,and the evaluation results are more comprehensive and detailed,and the effect is better when evaluating the academic influence of young authors.
