摘要： 民国时期地方文献具有重要的史料价值，已成为图书馆的重要馆藏。由于受历史和自然条件的制约，民国时期东北地方文献正面临脆化、霉烂等灾难性的保存危机，文献抢救保护任务迫在眉睫。以辽宁省图书馆为例，探讨了民国时期地方文献的保护及开发利用措施。

Abstract: The local document during the period of the Republic of China which has important historical values has become the important collection of library. Due to the constraints of the historical and natural conditions, local docu- ments in the northeast region during the period of the Republic of China are embrittlement and rotten, so the preservation of documents is an urgent work. Taking Liaoning Provincial Library as an example, this paper probes into the preservation and utilization measures of local documents during the period of the Republic of China.
