摘要： 从组织机构、活动内容、管理与保障机制三方面详细介绍了江西现代职业技术学院学生参与图书馆读者服务工作的情况，指出采用这一运作模式在缓解人员紧缺、增强图书馆与读者沟通和学生实现自我价值方面的积极作用。

Abstract: This paper details the situation of students to participate in the library services in Jiangxi Modem Vocational and Technical College from the organization, the content of the activities, management and protection mecha- nisms. Student librarians＇participation in library work can solve the problem of human resource shortage, pro- mote interaction between librarians and readers and help student librarians to realize their value.
