摘要： 分析了图书馆员隐性知识的构成和影响馆员隐性知识挖掘与共享的障碍,提出实现馆员隐性知识挖掘与共享的举措。

Abstract: This paper analyses the composition of librarian’s tacit knowledge and the obstacles affecting the mining and sharing of librarian’s tacit knowledge,and brings forward several measures to achieve the mining and sharing of librarian’s tacit knowledge.
