摘要： 在当前的数字参考咨询服务中，用户隐私权的保护El益得到重视。在概括隐私权内涵及其特点的基础上，对数字参考咨询服务中涉及用户隐私的几个方面进行了分析，探讨了加强用户隐私权保护的相应对策。

Abstract: In current digital reference service, more and more attention is paid to the protection of users＇privacy right. Based on the outline of the contents and characteristics of privacy right, this paper analyzes some aspects of the users＇ privacy involved in digital reference service, and discusses the strategies to strengthen the protection of users＇ privacy right.
