摘要： 立足于网络环境下图书馆信息资源建设出现的新变化,对其存在的问题进行了分析,提出了网络环境下高校图书馆信息资源建设的策略。

Abstract: Based on the new changes of information resource construction of library under network environment, this paper analyses the existing problems, and puts forward the strategies of information resource construction of university library under network environment.
