摘要： 从分析政府网上信息资源建设存在的问题入手,论述了建立政府网上信息资源分类体系的意义,着重探讨了建立政府网上信息资源分类体系的原则、方法和步骤。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the construction of government information resources on internet, this paper expounds the significance of establishing the classification system of government information resources on intemet, and discusses the establishing principles, methods, steps.
