参考咨询用户信息需求的分析和研究——以广东省立中山图书馆为例

摘要： 由广东省立中山图书馆领衔开发的“联合参考咨询网”是国内图书馆开展数字参考服务的著名品牌。根据“联合参考咨询网”用户的注册信息了解现有用户群的年龄状况、文化水平、研究领域．并根据联合参考咨询服务的咨询问题对用户信息需求内容进行了调查，分析了参考咨询用户的信息需求特点及影响参考咨询用户信息需求的主要因素，在此基础上提出了深化联合参考咨询服务的建议。

Abstract: UCDRS, which is developed by Sun Yat-Sen library of Guangdong province, is the famous brand of library digital reference service in China. This paper grasps users＇age status, cultural level and research field based on users＇ individual information, investigates the users＇ information requirements according to the questions of the collaborative digital reference service, analyses the characteristics of users＇ information requirements and the major influence factors of users＇ information requirements, and puts forward some thoughts on developing the collaborative digital reference service.
