摘要： 分析目前公共图书馆发展现状,阐述社区图书馆建设的可行性,提出社区图书馆的创建模式和办馆方式。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the present development situation of public library,elaborates the feasibility of the construction of community library,and puts forward the establishment model and the management way of community library.
