摘要/Abstract

摘要： 美英两国公共图书馆多渠道的经费来源、完备的法律制度及其他筹措资金的办法成为美英公共图书馆事业引领世界的经济保障。研究美英两国公共图书馆经费筹措机制及其实践对解决我国公共图书馆经费短缺问题、探索有中国特色的图书馆经费筹措机制、推进我国公共图书馆建设具有积极的现实意义。

关键词: 美国英国公共图书馆图书馆经费中国启示

Abstract: The public libraries in US and UK have been the most advanced libraries in the world and their economic guarantee lies in their funds from various channels,perfect laws and regulations and other ways to raise funds.Studying their funds raising mechanism and practice possesses positive practical significance to resolve the most serious funds problem of Chinese public libraries,to establish the funds raising mechanism which has Chinese characteristic and to promote the construction of Chinese public libraries.
