摘要： 通过调查我国31所省级公共图书馆开放存取资源的开发利用情况,指出了公共图书馆在开放存取资源利用方面存在的问题,提出了促进公共图书馆开发利用开放存取资源的对策。

Abstract: This paper investigates the exploitation and utilization of open access resources of 31 provincial public libraries in China,points out the problem existing in the exploitation and utilization of open access resources,and puts forward some countermeasures for library to improve the exploitation and utilization of open access resources.
