摘要：

嵌入式学科服务作为一种创新服务延伸和拓展的知识传递运作模式,被认为是高校图书馆未来发展的方向之一。如何赢取信息用户群的信任,以构筑坚实的学科服务平台是制约学科服务持久发展的关键点。将真人图书馆的发展运作理念引入到嵌入式学科服务模式中,进行有机地借鉴、融合、创新,从服务理念、服务流程、服务机制、服务内容和形式、服务评价体系五个方面进行重构。

关键词: 真人图书馆, 嵌入式, 学科服务, 服务创新

Abstract:

As an extension and development of innovative service, embedded subject service is regarded as one of the future development of university libraries. How to win the trust of the information user group and to build a solid academic service platform is the key point to restrict the sustainable development of the subject service. This paper brings the development operation concept of the real library to the embedded subject service mode with organically for reference, integration and innovation, which including five aspects of reconstruction: the service concept, service process, service mechanism, content and form of service, service evaluation system.
