摘要/Abstract

摘要： 2008年10月，中国图书馆学会发布了《图书馆服务宣言》，它是我国图书馆界对社会作出的郑重承诺。在此背景下，对参考咨询馆员的角色进行分析，指出其在图书馆服务工作中扮演着重要的角色，即参考咨询馆员应成为图书馆良好社会形象的塑造者和提高图书馆社会地位的积极实践者。

Abstract: In October,2008,Library Service Manifesto is formally promulgated by Library Society of China, it is a serious commitment of Chinese Libraries to society. Under this background, this paper analyses the role of reference librarians and puts forward that they play an important role in library service.The author thinks that the reference librarians should become the shapers of good social image of library and the practitioners who improve the social status of library.
