摘要：

面对错综复杂的网络世界,建立网络信息诚信度保障机制十分必要。通过电子货币与网络信息相同之处的比较,借鉴电子货币流通中的保障制度,详细论述了如何建立网络信息诚信度保障机制。

Abstract:

In the face of the complex network world, it is very necessary to establish the network information credibility guarantee mechanism. By comparing the same between electronic money and network information, and referring to the security system in the circulation of electronic money, this paper discusses on how to establish the network information security system.
