摘要/Abstract

摘要： 图书馆作为人类知识、文明成果的集散中心,需要进一步推行社会化服务。我国各级各类图书馆应充分发挥自身优势,承担起构建和谐社会、扶贫济困的社会责任。主要从图书馆知识援助的政策、法律制度建设以及具体实施知识援助的措施等方面作了相关探究。

关键词: 图书馆知识援助援助制度援助措施

Abstract: As the distribution center of human knowledge and achievement of civilization,it is necessary for library to accelerate the socialization service.Libraries at all levels of China should give full play to their superiority,and assume obligations to build the harmonious society and to help the poor.This paper studies the library knowledge aids policies,legal system construction,as well as the specific implementation measures.
