摘要/Abstract

摘要： 《中国图书馆员职业道德准则（试行）》的颁布为我国图书馆界加强馆员职业道德建设指明了方向。结合工作实践,诠释了新时期馆员职业道德的基本内容,阐明了具有职业道德的图书馆员是图书馆发展的基础。

Abstract: The Promulgation of The Norms of Professional Ethics of Librarians in China points out the orientation of the construction of librarians professional ethics in Chinese libraries.This paper introduces the connotations of the professional ethics of librarians in new era,and expounds that the librarians with professional ethics are the base of the development of library.
