摘要/Abstract

摘要： 结合我国合作式数字参考咨询服务中涉及的知识产权问题，从法制法规、技术支持、行业自律、知识产权保护机制以及信息资源共享等方面构建了合作式数字参考咨询服务中知识产权保护机制．以促进我国合作式数字参考咨询服务工作稳定、可持续的发展。

Abstract: Combining with the intellectual property rights involved in collaborative digital reference service,this paper constructs the intellectual property rights protection mechanism of collaborative digital reference service from the laws and regulations, technical support,industry self-regulation,intellectual property rights protection mechanisms and information resources sharing, in order to promote the stable and sustainable development of collaborative digital reference service in China.
