摘要： 学科馆员制度作为网络环境下图书馆个性化服务的具体体现，是一种创新的服务模式。介绍了香港大学图书馆学科馆员的管理体制、工作模式及其对内地大学图书馆学科馆员制度建设的三点启示。

Abstract: The subject librarian system is an innovative service model under the circumstances of network,which concretely embodies individualized service of library.This paper introduces the system of management,the patterns of work about the subject librarian of the university of Hong Kong library and its enlightenment to the construction of subject librarians system in China mainland university library.
