摘要/Abstract

摘要： 近年来，组织承诺理论已成为国内外学者研究的热点。在介绍组织承诺理论的概念及其研究历程的基础上，结合我国图书馆组织承诺的特点与现状，提出了提高图书馆员组织承诺的具体构想。

Abstract: In recent years,Organizational commitment theory has become an increasingly popular construct for study among researchers around the globe.This paper introduces the concept and the research history of the organizational commitment theory,and puts forward ideas to improve librarian organizational commitment combining with the characteristics and the status quo of library organizational commitment of China.
