摘要： 根据深度链接所引发的版权纠纷案例，分析了深度链接可能引发的版权问题。结合我国实际情况，从著作权行政管理部门、深度链接服务提供者及权利人三个角度提出了应对策略。

Abstract: Based on the introductions of copyright disputes about deep links,this article analyzes the copyright issues which deeth links may lead to.Finally,it gives some corresponding strategies to avoid copyright controversy in deep links from the copyright administration departments,the deep links service providers and rights holders with the actual situation of China.
