摘要： 高校图书馆与读者的权利义务关系是高校图书馆诸多社会关系中最主要的法律关系。高校图书馆与读者在高校的不同身份与地位决定了他们之间权利义务关系的复杂性，其权利义务关系是服务者与接受服务者、教育者与受教育者、文献信息资源管理者与利用者之间的具体权利义务关系的有机统一体。

Abstract: The relation of rights and obligations between university library and readers is the key legal relation of university library.The complexity of the relation of rights and obligations between university library and readers is predetermined by their different roles.the relation of rights and obligations between university library and readers is the unity of the relation of rights and obligations between the service provider and receiver, the educator and the educated,the resources manager and the users.
