摘要/Abstract

摘要： 论述了流动图书馆建设对于解决西部贫困地区图书馆服务网点不足、知识资源不足、贫困人口看书难等问题的重要作用。提出应将流动图书馆建设纳入西部经济文化建设规划．并就西部贫困地区流动图书馆建设的运作机制进行了探讨。

Abstract: This article points out that the mobile library construction plays an important role in solving the problems of the lack of library and knowledge resources,the requirement of reacting of people in western poor area of China.The paper puts forward the construction of mobile library should be arranged in the construction of western economy and culture,and discusses the operation mechanism of the construction of mobile library in western poor area of China.
