摘要： 在线参考咨询服务已成为数字图书馆建设中不可缺少的一部分。通过分析基于Web1．0的在线参考咨询服务的现状及缺点．重点介绍了基于Web2．0的在线参考咨询系统的构建及服务。

Abstract: The online reference service has already become the important part in the construction of digital library.This paper analyses the status and disadvantage of online reference service based on Webl.O,and emphatically introduces the construction and service of online reference system based on Web2.0.
