摘要： 分析了当前图书情报学期刊在办刊质量上存在的一般问题，对如何提高刊物质量，提出了诸如建立专家匿名审稿制度，增强品牌意识，加强引文指导等建设性意见。

Abstract: After analyzing the quality problems which exist in library and information science journal.This article gives some suggestions on how to improve the quality of the library and information science journal.Such as establishing non-name experts reading system,strengthening brand consciousness, reinforcing quotation guiding,etc.
