摘要： 通过对广西高校图书馆网上参考咨询服务现状的调查和统计，分析了其存在的问题，并提出了广西高校图书馆网上参考咨询服务的发展对策。

Abstract: Based on the investigation and statistics of online reference services of university libraries in Guangxi,this article analyses the existing problems,and presents some countermeasures.
