摘要:

培训评估是培训管理流程中的一个重要环节。运用柯氏评估模型的方法和基本原理,结合数字图书馆馆员培训特点,建立一套满足馆员培训评估需要的评估指标体系,以期对未来的数字图书馆人才队伍建设发挥指导作用。

Abstract:

Training evaluation is an important part of the training management process. Based on the characteristic of librarian’s training in the digital library,this paper tries to adopt the way and basic foundation of Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Model to establish a set of evaluation system to meet the need of librarian’s training in order to play a guiding role for the construction of talent team in the digital library in the future.
