摘要： 介绍了《IFLA数字参考咨询指南》的形成过程和主要内容，并以上海图书馆“网上联合知识导航站”的工作实践为例，分析国内图书馆数字参考咨询的现状，探讨其在中国图书馆的可行性和指导意义。

Abstract: This paper introduces the establishment of the IFLA Digital Reference Guidelines and its major contents.Based on the practice of the Shanghai Library Virtual Reference Desk,it analyzes the current situation of digital reference services in china and explores the significance of the IFLA Guidelines to the practice of reference services in China.
