摘要： 简迷了图书馆文化含义，提出构建以读者为导向的图书馆文化，需要构筑共同愿景、塑造核心价值观、建立以价值观为核心的图书馆制度、实行以读者为导向的组织变革。

Abstract: The paper merely expands what the library culture is, and proposes some suggestions on the library culture such as shared desire, core values, library system as well as organization reform.
