摘要： 通过文献计量的方法,在图书情报学领域内公开发表的数百篇有关知识产权学术论文为样本,对我国图书情报学界、业界有关知识产权及知识产权法研究现状进行介绍与分析,指出目前该研究领域中存在的不足,并给出一些相关的建议。

Abstract: Based on hundreds of academic papers of intellectual property published on journals in the field of library and information sciences,this paper introduces and analyses the present situation of the study on the topic of intellectual property rights and law of intellectual property by using the bibliometrie method,finds out what shortages exist in this field,and then brings forward some proposals.
