摘要： 针对当前不少学术期刊刊载的论文存在文后参考文献著录不规范问题,以国家标准局颁发的《文后参考文献著录规则》（GB/T7714—2005）为标准,阐述了文后参考文献著录规范化的意义,并建议进一步完善有关文后参考文献著录规则,统一采用国家新标准,以促进编辑出版工作的规范化和文献信息资源的共享。

Abstract: The misuse of the description of bibliographic references can be found in many research papers.Based on the Descriptive Rules for Bibliographic References （GB/T7714-2005） issued by China State Bureau of Standards,this paper expounds the significance of the standardization of the bibliographic reference,and gives some suggestion on improving the rules,adopting the new rules to improve the standardization of the editing and publishing and the sharing of the information resources.
