摘要/Abstract

摘要： 社区图书馆对于构建和谐社会意义重大。它在运用知识援助弱势群体、引领公共图书馆走近平民、提升城市文明程度等方面有着不可替代的作用，但目前社区图书馆建设中存在一些问题，亟待关注、研究和解决。

Abstract: This article analyzes the importance of the community library for the building of harmonious society ,then describes its problems .Finally it points out the ways to develop the community library.
