摘要： 文献多样性随着人类文明的进程而扩展。而图书馆文献资源建设工作者应当对这种客观存在的复杂性有所了解、辨别、区分，并采取应对举措。不仅探讨了文献多样性的价值、丰富度以度与之相关的问题，而且提出应辩证地区分与应对具体问题．不能机械地照搬某种模式。

Abstract: Cultural heritage variety is along with human civilized progress but expand and the workers of hbrary cultural heritage resources developments should understand, recognize and distinguish this kind of objective and existent complexity particularly, combine to adopt to reply to raise measures .The article not only discoveres the variety value in cultural heritage, plentiful degree, with it related problem, but also puts forward in response to the cent of dialectical region with reply the concrete problem, can＇t shines on to moves a certain mode mechanically.
