摘要: 简要介绍了皮格马利翁效应,在此基础上将图书馆员划分为兴奋期、稳定期、抱怨期和阵亡期这四个不同的类型,分析了四种类型图书馆员的不同情绪特征,并有针对性地提出了具体的情绪管理措施.

Abstract: This paper firstly introduces Pygmalion effect, and then classifies the librarians into four kinds, namely the librarians in the excited time, the librarians in the stable time, the librarians in the complaint time and the librarians in desperate time, and analyses their different emotional characteristics, then puts forward some concrete emotion management measures.
