摘要： 结合深圳市建设"图书馆之城"的实践,论述城市社区图书馆在经费、管理员、组织实施及藏书等建设的方式,并对其发展存在的问题进行探讨.

Abstract: The paper reconmens Shenzhen＇ s practice of building “ city of the library ”, describes the construction way of the urban community library in funds, administrator, organizing implementation and collected books,and discusses the problem of its development.
