摘要：

宁波市数字图书馆特色资源库是面向地方产业服务发展的文献信息资源平台。基于特色资源库绩效评价实践,构建以绩效三棱镜为基础的特色资源库服务绩效评价框架,并提出具体的指标及测度方法,对某特色资源库进行了绩效评价的实例应用。

Abstract:

The characteristic resource database of Ningbo Digital Library is a literature information resource platform for the development of local industrial services. Based on the performance evaluation of characteristic resource database, the paper constructs a performance evaluation framework based on the performance prism, and puts forward the concrete index and measure method. The application of the performance evaluation of a characteristic resource database is carried out.
