工作环境对公共图书馆馆员工作的影响研究——以重庆市为例

摘要:

在前期研究基础上,对重庆市20个公共图书馆420名馆员进行整群抽样调查研究,探讨工作环境对图书馆员工作倦怠及组织情感承诺的影响。结论认为:工作环境,尤其是它的社会链结、社会性报酬和价值观因素是馆员产生工作倦怠的重要原因;馆员组织情感承诺依赖工作环境中的社会性报酬和价值观因素,工作倦怠对其的解释作用是有限的。重视这些因素能改善馆员工作态度,提高图书馆服务质量。

Abstract:

Based on previous studies, the paper makes cluster sample survey of 420 librarians in 20 public libraries in Chongqing, and researches the influence of work environment upon librarian’ job burnout and organizational affective commitment. The results indicate that the working environment, especially the social links, the social rewards and the values factors are important reasons for librarian’ job burnout; librarian’ organizational affective commitment depends on the social rewards and values in work environment; job burnout is limited to explain of it. If we put more attention on these factors that librarian work attitude will change better and the service quality of libraries will be effectively improved.
