摘要： 以中共江西省委党校图书馆读者为调查对象,通过问卷调查的形式对其需求特点进行实证分析,提出加快党校图书馆转型发展对策,以更好地满足读者的需求。

Abstract: Taking the reader of the library of Jiangxi Province Committee School of CPC as the object of investigation, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the characteristics of the readers＇ demand through questionnaire survey form, puts forward countermeasures to speed up the development of the party school library in order to better meet the need of readers.
