少年儿童图书馆读者满意度调查设计及分析实例——基于2017年广州少年儿童图书馆读者满意度调研

摘要：

针对未成年人图书馆业务工作的特点,以真实案例展现读者满意度调查的问卷设计和调研过程,并从多视角分析数据获得结论。少儿图书馆满意度调查设计和结论可供相关研究和工作人员参考,以期提升少儿图书馆读者满意度调研的科学性和可靠性。本文揭示了满意度调查数据蕴藏的丰富内容,期待各类图书馆通过满意度调研挖掘更多的信息,为业务工作的开展提供决策依据。

Abstract:

In view of the characteristics of children's library, the questionnaire design and research process of the reader satisfaction survey are presented with real cases, and the conclusions are obtained from the analysis of the data from multiple perspectives. The research process and data analysis conclusions are for the reference of the relevant researchers, in order to improve the scientific and reliability of the reader satisfaction survey, and to dig more information through the satisfaction survey, and provide the decision-making basis for the professional work.
