摘要： 探索我国各级图书馆学会和图书馆机构推广以学术研究为目的的特别兴趣小组模式的实践基础。通过对国际图联特别兴趣小组的发展模式，包括其成立的原因、运作模式、发展现状以及社会贡献等方面的深入研究，参考国际上的一些图书馆机构成立类似特别兴趣小组的案例，结合中国图书馆学会学术研究委员会开设特别兴趣小组学术研究模式的成功经验。特别兴趣小组集合了图书馆人才，从行业热点、学术兴趣点出发进行深入、有意义的交流研究，是一种符合时代潮流的学术研究模式，有效助推图书馆领域的学术研究和人才培养。

Abstract: Exploration of the practical basis of the special interest group model for academic research in library associations and library institutions at all levels in China.Through the in-depth study of the IFLA Special Interest Group’s development model，including their establishment reasons，operational model，development status and social contribution，as well as the case study of the establishment of similar special interest groups of other countries’ library institutions in the world，and the successful experience of the Academic Research Committee in setting up a special interest group research model.Special interest group is an academic research model goes with the trend of the times，by gathering library talents to conduct in-depth and meaningful academic research on library hotspots and academic interests，which effectively promotes academic research and talent cultivation in the field of library.
