摘要/Abstract

摘要： 建立高校图书馆学科馆员服务评价体系对促进图书馆管理的科学化、规范化具有举足轻重的作用。分析学科馆员服务评价体系构建的现实问题、基本原则以及评价重点、难点。在此基础上,提出从服务保障、服务能力与服务绩效三个方面构建学科馆员服务评价体系。

Abstract: Establishing the evaluation system on subject librarians ＇services in university library has played a decisive role in promoting the scientific, standardization management of library. This paper analyzes the real problem, the basic principle and the key and difficult points about the construction of the evaluation system of subject li-brarians＇ services. On this basis, it puts forward the construction of the evaluation system of subject librarians ＇services from three aspects of service support, service ability and service performance.
