摘要： 移动学习是信息技术发展背景下产生的一种新型学习模式，借助于无线网络终端设备满足学习者随时随地学习的需求。在提供移动学习的信息服务中，公共图书馆具有资源方面的独特优势。以省级公共图书馆移动学习为研究点，通过数据调查和现状研究，从服务资源、服务模式和平台建设三个方面探讨移动学习视角下公共图书馆学习空间的推广情况，对公共图书馆移动服务进行评价，并针对移动学习的差距与不足提出若干对策,以期完善省级公共图书馆移动学习资源建设、高效服务于读者，更好地实现公共图书馆的教育功能。

Abstract: Mobile learning is a new learning mode under the background of the development of information technology.With the help of wireless network terminal equipment, it can meet the needs of learners anytime, anywhere.In providing mobile learning information services, public libraries have unique advantages in resources. It focuses on the mobile learning of provincial public libraries, through data investigation and current situation research, from three aspects of service resources, service mode and platform construction, it discusses the promotion of public library learning space from the perspective of mobile learning, evaluate the mobile service of public library, in order to improve the construction of mobile learning resources of provincial public libraries, effectively serve the readers, and better realize the educational function of public libraries, some countermeasures are put forward.
